Simiński-Ordon Cast Iron Foundry is a company which puts the best quality and professional Customer service first. Thanks to these principles and hard work of the entire team we have been a leader in the foundry business for a long time. Series production of grey and ductile iron castings is our core business. The best quality is ensured through the hi-tech equipment such as automatic Disamatic moulding line and well-qualified employees.

2007

Since September 2007 in the foundry works a new DISAMATIC automatic line and dust extraction station.

2008

Launching a new department of mechanical machining with pattern shop.

2009

Launch of socket for the production of cores in cold-box technology with Laempe LL20. Shooter-box is adjusted to use vertical and horizontal cores.

2010

Buying shot-blasting machine. The machine has a capacity of 1600 kg and it is equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system of castings.

2011

Starting construction of a new melting plant department with a capacity of 5 tons/ h.

2012

Purchase of 2 Koyama machines for precision grinding and a 5 axis milling centre.

2013

Launch of a new melting plant department. Starting a production of ductile iron castings.

2014

Launch 2 sockets for the production of cores by cold-box method (Laempe type LL20).

2015

Complete of the new office building. Further development of the mechanical machining department - purchase of 4 new CNC machines.

2016

Extension of infractructure, new production halls, purchase modern sand processing station.

2017

In the first quarter of 2017 we plan to launch a new Disamatic D3 Z555 automatic line and the new melting plant department with two induction furnaces of 2x6 tons.

Simiński-Ordon Cast Iron Foundry has introduced system of quality management according to the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009 standard and environment management according to the PN-EN ISO 14001: 2005 standard. The certificates received in 2005 and 2008 are renewed every year.
