Odlewnia Zeliwa Simiński-Ordon s.k.a. is a company that puts the highest quality and professional customer service first. It is thanks to these guidelines and the hard work of the entire team that we have been at the forefront of the foundry industry in the Polish market for many years. The object of our business is the serial production of gray and ductile iron castings and the machining of castings. The highest quality is ensured by modern equipment such as DISAMATIC automatic molding lines and qualified employees.

2007

Commissioning of a new molding line with a DISAMATIC 130A automatic machine and a foundry dust removal station.

2008

Launching a new department of mechanical machining with pattern shop.

2011

Starting construction of a new melting plant department with a capacity of 5 tons/ h.

2012

Purchase of 2 Koyama machines for precision grinding and a 5 axis milling centre.

2013

Launch of a new melting plant department. Starting a production of ductile iron castings.

2014

Expansion of the core shop. Purchase of more CNC machine tools for the machining department.

2015

Complete of the new office building. Further development of the mechanical machining department - purchase of 4 new CNC machines.

2016

Rebuilding the entire foundry. Construction of new production halls and a state-of-the-art bulk processing station with a capacity of 120 tons/hour.

2017

In the first quarter of 2017 we plan to launch a new Disamatic D3 Z555 automatic line and the new melting plant department with two induction furnaces of 2x6 tons.

2018-22

Further development of the machining department. Purchase of more than a dozen CNC machine tools.

2023

Purchase: 2 automatic core machines, 5-axis milling machine. Reconstruction of the access road to the foundry. Commissioning of the casting cooling plant.

2024

Completion of construction of a new high-bay warehouse. Purchase of: a new robotized paint line, 2 modern turbine mixers .

2025

Project Implementation: Closed-loop Economy. Purchase of a horizontal 2-pallet milling center from Okuma.

Approvals and certificates

Quality is one of the core values that guide our company. We make sure that the production processes carried out are carried out on modern equipment and with the assistance of qualified employees. We attach importance to the observance of procedures, so that production runs smoothly and safely.
We realize that our products are components that are part of a larger whole, and the quality of their workmanship affects the functionality of the entire machine. Therefore, we pay attention to details so that the completed order is as much as possible in accordance with the requirements of the technical drawing.
In support of the above words, we can present the certificates held by Siminski-Ordon Foundry regarding the implemented quality systems according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015. The above certificates were awarded to us in 2005. Since then they have been renewed every year.
In addition, the quality of our products is confirmed by issued inspection certificates according to Polish and European standards.
Confirmation of the compliance of the manufactured product with the requirements included in the project and technical drawing is provided by the documentation according to VDA or PPAP, which is developed at the request of the customer.
