In Simiński-Ordon Foundry castings moulds are produced on new automatic line DISAMATIC 130A (production date 2007) with following parameters:

  • mould dimensions 600x480x120 up to 395mm
  • max efficiency 360 moulds per hour
  • moulds cooling line : lenght 28cm (AMC+SBC)

 

Additionally machine is equipped with cores insert unit what enable production of high quality coring castings. Fast pattern exchange unit shorten to minimum time of produced assortment. To ensure high reliability and quality of produced castings machine cooperate with set of computer programs which are responsible for datas exchange between Foundry machines and computers, creation and data management, production reports creation, production paramaters archives creation, preventive services support and control.

Moulding line enables production of high quality grey iron castings with max dimensions 500x400x300 and weight up to 25kg.


Highest castings quality, dimensions tolerance according to GTB 15 or CT 8, mould shift up to 0,1 mm. At present the only machine in Poland.
